When trying to shake and wake Pebbles, make sure you shake firmly. Pebbles' power-saving algorithm prevents it from waking too often when travelling. So it is the firmness of the shake that matters, not the duration of the shake.

If you're still having trouble waking your Pebbles, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check the Battery: Ensure your Pebbles are sufficiently charged. If the battery is low, the Pebbles might not wake up. Charge them using the provided USB cable and check the LED indicators for the charging status.
  2. Proper Charging: Confirm that the charging cable is correctly connected to the Pebbles and the power source. Charge the Pebbles until the LEDs turn green.
  3. Check for LED Indicators: When you shake the Pebbles, look for the LED indicators to confirm they are waking up.
  4. Try a Different Power Source: If the issue persists, try charging the Pebbles with a different USB power source to rule out power issues.
